Will I still get free shipping on my StyleBox order if I add extra products to the order?
Yes, free shipping still applies on all StyleBox orders, even if there are additional items in the order.

When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the 26th of each month, if the payment is declined you will be notified upon logging into your StyleBox account.

When can I start customizing my StyleBox?
The customization period will begin on the 1st day of the previous month, and extend until the 25th of the previous month.
Example: July’s StyleBox customization period will be June 1 - June 25.

What will be included in my StyleBox by Jamberry each month?
Each month you will receive $30 worth of exclusive Jamberry products customized by YOU to fit your personal style. You also have the ability to add additional wraps, lacquers or gels. Plus, add an array of nail and hand care products. You may even find a surprise every now and again!

What is the cost of StyleBox?
StyleBox subscriptions start at $25 per month with no long-term commitment!
- Month-to-Month -- $25 (first month billed at enrollment)
- 3 Months – $75 billed up front ($25/month)

What if my card declines?
You will receive a notification that your card has declined on the 26th. We will make multiple attempts and you may update the payment information on your subscription. If we cannot successfully bill your method of payment, that month’s box will be cancelled.

What if I subscribed for a 3 month subscription and I don’t want to receive my StyleBox one month?
You will have the option to skip StyleBox at any time between the 1st and 25th of the month. You must communicate this via your StyleBox dashboard.

What if I subscribe mid month?
You may subscribe for StyleBox at any time between the 1st and 25th of the month and your StyleBox will ship within the first week of the following month. It will not be possible to subscribe to the current month’s box after the 26th of each month.
Example: If you subscribe on the 21st of January, you will receive the February StyleBox. If you subscribe on the 29th of January, you will receive the March StyleBox (which can be configured between February 1st and February 25th).

What are my subscription options?
Month-to-month subscriptions are available or you can choose a prepaid 3 month subscription which will be billed upfront upon enrollment. You can also skip any month. Your first month is always billed at the time of enrollment.

If I subscribed for a 3 month subscription, what happens when my initial subscription period ends?
Once your initial subscription period is complete, your subscription will automatically convert into a month-to-month subscription plan. If you prefer to pre-pay, you can opt to extend your subscription and pre-pay for an additional 3 months.

If I like ALL the exclusive StyleBox designs, can I add them as extra items to my StyleBox order?
Yes, you can add up to 8 additional wraps to your StyleBox order including all 6 exclusive StyleBox designs!

How do “skips” work?
Each month you have the option to skip the StyleBox. If you choose to skip the StyleBox no credits will be redeemed and you will not be billed. You must indicate that you want to skip the month and can do so at any point between the 1st - 25th of each month. There is also an option to unskip if you’ve previously skipped but change your mind and want to receive that month’s box.

How are StyleBox Credits Redeemed?
Prepaid subscription credits are automatically redeemed each month when your box is shipped. Credits may only be applied to one subscription and are limited to one redemption per month. If you choose to skip the StyleBox no credits will be redeemed for that month.

Do I have to be a Consultant to subscribe to StyleBox by Jamberry?
No, you do not have to be a Consultant to subscribe! StyleBox is available to any style lover.

Do I get to see what is in the StyleBox prior to receiving it?
Yes, a sneak peek of the StyleBox wrap designs will be released on the 26th of the month before and opens the enrollment period. StyleBox cannot be customized until the 1st of the month.
Example: May StyleBox customization period will begin on April 1. Sneak peek of designs will be released on March 26.

Can I use a gift card to pay for StyleBox?
Gift cards cannot be used to pay for StyleBox.

Can I return the StyleBox products if I don’t like them?
You can obtain a refund or exchange for items in a StyleBox. All refunds will be at the price you pay for StyleBox. Exchanges can only be made for other StyleBox wraps. As with other returns/exchanges, StyleBox returns/exchanges must also be made within 90 days of ordering your StyleBox.

Can I purchase extra StyleBox credits?
StyleBox credits are now available to purchase in either 1 or 3 credits to be added to a current subscription or given as a gift. StyleBox credits can be purchased HERE.

Can I have multiple subscriptions to StyleBox?
Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions to StyleBox or purchase additional credits using StyleBox Codes.

Can I customize which wraps I receive in my StyleBox?
Yes! We release 6 exclusive wraps for each StyleBox -- 2 Classic styles, 2 Feminine styles, and 2 Trendy styles and you can select ANY 2 of the 6 wraps!

Can I cancel StyleBox credits?
Credits can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I add extra products to my StyleBox order?
Yes! You can add up to 8 additional wraps (additional wraps qualify for B3G1!), plus add up to 2 lacquers or gels and an array of nail and hand care products including Beauty Boost, Cuticle Oil, Nourish and more! All add-on items are billed each month and require a payment method to be assigned to your subscription. Some limitations apply based on market or product availability but there will be no additional shipping charges.

Can I add any wrap, lacquer, or gel to my StyleBox order?
Some limitations will apply to the wrap designs and lacquer/gel colors that can be added to your StyleBox order.

StyleBox is available in US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
